When will I receive my order?

Deliveries to UK Mainland

The majority of orders, using a dedicated UK logistics fleet, will be delivered within 7-10 days from order confirmation. However, if the order can be safely delivered as a parcel, predominantly smaller-sized dispatches, then it will be sent via parcel service within 24-48 hours and on a next-day delivery service.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Isle of Man & Isle of Wight) and Northern Ireland

Deliveries to these locations are available via 3rd party courier and delivery times will generally be 2-3 weeks from confirmation of your order.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight will require a UK mainland shippers address for delivery.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland

These deliveries come from a distributer based in Cork - delivery will need to be confirmed which can be done prior to order being placed.

Important

Deliveries  are made between 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you require a specific date for delivery, then you can select your ‘preferred delivery date’ at the checkout online. We will aim to accommodate all delivery requests; but will be in contact if there are any issues once stock reservations have been made and carriers allocated. Your ‘Estimated dispatch date’ will also be reflected in your ‘Order History’ online.

 

Please note that orders are despatched from our various specialist warehouse locations, therefore items may not be delivered at the same time.

A delivery attempt that is unable to be completed due to the customer will be charged at the same rate as the delivery (which is included in the total price on this site) and therefore a second attempt will incur a separate delivery charge.

Note – all OUTDOOR items are excluded from White Glove delivery service.
